Our alcohol and drug addiction therapy, support service, and clinic is here if you or a loved one are suffering from addiction issues or problematic substance/alcohol use. Our program is set up to deal with any and all substances including opiate misuse to alcohol and prescription drugs.

Once you have contacted us we aim to offer an initial assessment within 24 – 48 hours with our specialist drug and alcohol support Clinical Lead, Matthew. This can take place either at your home or in the calm and relaxing environment of our offices in central Aylesbury. During this appointment we will start the process of formulating a drug and alcohol support treatment plan that works for you. We offer an adaptable and flexible approach which draws on a variety of treatment options tailored to suit the needs of the individual. We utilise a variety of techniques from various disciplines including CBT, DBT, mindfulness based relapse prevention, harm minimisation, 12 step, refuge recovery and SMART recovery.

1 To 1 sessions alcohol and drug addiction therapy

Explore addiction and work towards harm reduction or abstinence

These would be with our lead drug and alcohol therapist Matthew. Clients have the option of 1 -3 sessions per week with added telephone support if required. These can take place either at your home or our offices in central Aylesbury, online also available. Each session is either 1 or 1.5 hours long and consists of intensive 1 to 1 therapy.

Home Counties is now offering a court reporting service. Our service would work closely with you and your solicitor in order to produce a drug testing package with accompanying evidence coupled with 121 sessions if required.

Access convenient and confidential testing services through our clinic

We offer a drug testing to concerned parents and family members/loved ones. This can be done weekly or fortnightly or as often as required. We can also offer this service to anyone that has a drug testing requirement and will back up all results with evidence to support.

Working in partnership with clients to make the best treatment decisions

Our clinic has strong ties with a highly successful residential treatment centre set in the beautiful Bedfordshire countryside. We offer support to prepare for treatment if required and transport to visit the treatment centre or start treatment there. The preparation sessions are optional but recommended as they maximise chances for successful completion. As part of your ongoing support we also offer ongoing aftercare once treatment has been completed in order to give our clients the best possible chance for continued freedom.
